All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We work with a network of independent UK and international suppliers, so product images, packaging, and exact specifications may occasionally vary slightly from what's shown on the Site. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock availability, but errors can occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding and you'll have the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline — for example, if an item turns out to be out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order by email or dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, and where we do, you'll receive a full refund for anything already paid.

The visual schedules, printable cards, and interactive tools available at tools.sen-resources.com are provided free of charge for general organisational and educational support. They're a convenience, not a substitute for professional educational, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice — please consult an appropriate professional for guidance specific to your child. We take reasonable care over their content but provide them "as is," without guarantees of suitability for any particular child or situation.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, designs, logos, and the printable and interactive resources — is owned by us or our licensors. You're welcome to download and print resources for personal or classroom use with the children in your care, but they may not be resold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our permission.

9. Third-Party Suppliers
Some products are shipped directly by independent suppliers rather than by us. Regardless of who fulfils your order, your contract is with SEN Resources, and we remain responsible for resolving any issues with your purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or its free tools. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
