About Us

SEN Resources is a small UK shop stocking sensory, communication and calming resources for children with additional needs - and the parents, carers and teachers who support them.

We started this shop because finding the right sensory toy, visual schedule or communication tool often means hunting across dozens of different websites. We bring a curated range together in one place, organised by what you're actually looking to help with rather than by generic toy categories.

Who is SEN Resources for?

Our products are chosen with parents of autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent children in mind - but many of our customers are teachers, teaching assistants and therapists who use the same tools in the classroom or clinic. Wherever it's helpful, we've noted whether a product tends to suit home use, school use, or both.

How we organise the shop

Rather than browsing by generic categories, our Shop by Need menu lets you shop by what you're looking for: Calm & Regulation, Sensory & Fidget, Visual Supports, Communication, Emotions & Feelings, School & Classroom, Fine Motor, Travel & Out and About, Bedtime, and Early Years.

A note on our product descriptions

We try to describe what each product does rather than make medical claims. Every child is different, and what helps one child regulate or communicate may not work the same way for another - we'd always encourage speaking with a therapist, teacher or paediatrician for advice specific to your child.

Where do our products come from?

We work with a range of independent UK and international suppliers, including small SEN-specialist makers and larger toy brands, so we can offer a genuinely varied range without holding all the stock ourselves.
