Refund policy

Your rights are protected by UK consumer law regardless of which supplier fulfils your order, your contract is with SEN Resources, and we're responsible for putting things right. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them for any reason and get a full refund; you're responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Personalised or made-to-order items (like custom-text tags) may not be eligible for this once production has started, we'll flag this at checkout where it applies. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, at no cost to you. Contact us via the Contact page before sending anything back so we can give correct return instructions, and refunds are processed within 14 days of the return being received or confirmed.
